This is how we should remember Charlotte

One of the world’s special people
With the ability to touch your heart the first instant you met her
For me that first instant changed my life forever
I can only assume by the number of you here today that you share my experience

When you leave here today try not to be too sad.
Charlotte would not have wanted that.
Leave here today celebrating the life of a wonderful and unique person
A person who loved deeply and was deeply loved by her family, friends and associates alike
